WHO ARE WE?
WWO – Bulgaria has been working since 2009 to support early childhood development in Bulgaria as a capacity-building organization with partners from various fields of child and family care.
The Element of Play® (EOP) program is designed to lead to psychosocial change and support communities in areas of extreme poverty, disaster, crisis and marginalization.
