Child poverty, limited resources for education, neglect of the learning and play process, as well as the growing inequality among children, upset me and motivate me to work for more children to receive quality education and care services. In small settlements, especially in remote poor areas, these problems are even more evident. There, to an even greater extent, we need quality educational programs such as the Element of Play®, creative solutions, and trained professionals.
From my almost 20 years of experience in the non-governmental sector, I know that the efforts are worthwhile and even if it is not visible today, the positive change achieved tomorrow is even more valuable and satisfying.
Ralitsa has been working on the Element of Play® program since 2019 in community centers and kindergartens in the Lovech region. Her responsiveness, communication skills, and excellent knowledge of people’s needs are at the heart of the rapid spread of the program in the region and the positive outcomes of children. Rally is constantly challenging our team with new ideas and suggestions, and we are very grateful for this because she is a real engine of change in our professional community.
